Leak & Sprinkler Issues

Use this guide to identify the source of a leak and who to call.

How to figure out where a leak is coming from

  1. Is the leak inside your house? Plumbing inside your home is the resident's responsibility. Call a plumber.
  2. Is it your sprinkler system or a sprinkler head on your property? Residential sprinkler systems are the resident's responsibility. Call Eddy's Landscaping Service at (907) 773-3737. Diagnostic fee: $50.
  3. Is it the irrigation distribution line (the shared HOA pipes)? That's the board's responsibility. Call Eddy's at (907) 773-3737; if it turns out to be the distribution system, the board pays the bill.
  4. Not sure? Call Eddy's. The $50 diagnostic determines who's responsible: the board pays if it's the distribution system, the resident pays if it's their own sprinklers.
